Tricia + Dan are both creatives in Brooklyn, and upon a birthday celebration in Miami, the two of them thought, “ Hey, this is a super fun place and pretty easy for people to fly to… Let’s have our wedding here! ” With The Raleigh serving as the main stage, T+D added their own personal touches with the help of Ashley Jackson Events . A modern party + celebration served as the main idea, with bright + funky pops of color, a sprinkling of pineapples, and tons + tons of tropical-inspired greenery! Tricia shares From the beginning, we made sure that everything we did for the wedding truly reflected who we were, ignoring the wedding “rules” that many people feel they need to stick to. Designer Crachá Wedding Agency , photographer Daniela Rodrigues of Meraki Studio , and today’s couple certainly think so (and we agree!). Photographer Daniela wanted to create something different, something that would speak to the edgier couple that digs the rock ’n’ roll vibes, and wants to get married in a unique scenery, yet have something very intimate and romantic. She shares We wanted something new, something relaxed, and something super COOL. The location we found — Radio , in Oporto, Portugal — is iconic and completely out of the box, there are not many places like it. It was the first court house in Oporto and the original walls and ceilings have been preserved. Today, it’s a bar called Radio which is breaking into the wedding industry!
