A Rose Gold Glam Dinner Party

70s Inspired Boho Dinner
What’s the only thing better than a dinner party? Oh… just one that’s SUPER PRETTY and 70s-inspired, that’s what! We here at GWS, wholeheartedly believe that dinner parties don’t need to be an occasional thing or happen just to celebrate a significant event. But rather, each + every day with your loved ones is a reason to celebrate, and as dinner parties promote community + relationships, they should happen all the time — right?! Well, that’s exactly what this “Tassels & Tastemakers” dinner party is all about: celebrating friends, creative vendors, and the relationships forged in the wedding industry! We’re totally on board with that. :)
To inspire you to host you’re own dinner party, we’re giving you the inside scoop into this year’s 1970s-inspired event, held at HNYPT in Los Angeles, and produced by Be Inspired PR. GATHER Events, the designer of night, shares: With the design direction of a 70’s boho affair, we chose to play up bright, springy flower power! Inessa Nichols Design, with amazing product from Fifty Flowers, brought to life all of our hippie, hanging flower chain dreams with her stunning overhead dinner table installation. We were also inspired by circular shapes, ever so present in the 1970s, and that came through with our hanging lantern backdrop.

When dreaming up ensemble ideas for the big day, it’s easy to forget about the littlest members of the bridal party. After all, there’s already a ton to think about, and a constant stream of things is being added to your to-do list all the time. But these cuties – and their wedding day look – definitely deserve some careful thought, so today we’re teaming up with Amanda from  Bohemian Babies  +  Cindy Lee Photography  to help with some styling ideas + a shopping guide for your Ring Bearer + Flower Girl! Amanda tells us, For this shoot,   I wanted to capture a simplistic and natural feel that would mesh well with any wedding décor. The neutral color palette plays well with the fairytale feel that Cindy captured in the photos. Many times, my designs are inspired by a particular fabric, trim or detail and that certain held true here. The yellow floral fabric was taken from a vintage sheet that I had be...

GWS x Show Me Your Mumu Bridesmaid Dress Collection

Today is an exciting day as we are thrilled to launch our SECOND collection of bridesmaid dresses + a romper  with our friends at  Show Me Your Mumu !!! The florals on this print are blush + dark pink and the leaves are a perfect gray green color. We’re calling this one our “Wedding Soiree Floral” print and it’s seriously GORGE in person!! The print comes in 3 dress styles (Caitlin, Kendall and Sophia) a...
