GWS x Show Me Your Mumu Bridesmaid Dress Collection

Today is an exciting day as we are thrilled to launch our SECOND collection of bridesmaid dresses + a romper with our friends at Show Me Your Mumu!!! You might remember we launched our first print this past May (the Green Wedding Shoes Floral) which had an amazing response. And YES, it’s still available for those of you planning a spring or summer wedding next year!! Well this time around we worked with their team on a new floral print – yep, we LOVE florals for bridesmaids – or any day actually! :) This time we wanted to do something a bit darker (perfect for fall or winter weddings) and we also wanted the dress to pair with some of the most popular hues for weddings right now. The florals on this print are blush + dark pink and the leaves are a perfect gray green color. We’re calling this one our “Wedding Soiree Floral” print and it’s seriously GORGE in person!!
The print comes in 3 dress styles (Caitlin, Kendall and Sophia) as well as a romper which would be perfect for the morning of your wedding! We just love that this print is so versatile, it’s not only perfect to wear to a wedding, but could be great for your engagement party, rehearsal dinner, honeymoon or even dressed down with a pair of ankle boots + sweater for a fun boho weekend look!

To celebrate the launch today + help show off the GORGE dresses, we styled a bunch of pretty looks at one of our favorite Norcal venues, Olympia’s Valley Estate in Petaluma, California. Kendall Maxi Dress

The Kendall is Mumu’s most popular and versatile style (we had this style in our first collection as well!) so we had to bring her back for this collection. The soft V neck and low back are ultra feminine and flatter every body, and the wrap around skirt that creates a slit lets you pull an Angelina stance whenever you need (you never know when you’re gonna need it). Chill enough for a little pointy toed bootie and classy enough for an elegant heel. Kendall is def on track to be your new go-to maxi.

Caitlin Ruffle Maxi Dress

Okay, now this is such a perfect dress for when it’s warm but elegance is a must. From top to bottom, the Caitlin Ruffle Maxi flutters and flows with every step. She looks great with updos and simple dangling earrings or with long relaxed curls and sparkly studs. She’s just versatile like that. We love that you can wear the ruffle over your shoulder or take your arms out of the ruffle for a more simple silhouette!

Sophia Wrap Dress

Her delicate flutter sleeve and cinched waist offer a flirty option for your bridesmaids. Ties at the side with a high-low wrap around slit that elegantly covers all for the ceremony but can cut loose on the dance floor at the reception.

Whitney Getting Ready Wrap

Looking for the perfect robe to get ready in? Or perhaps a gift for all your bridesmaids? This wrap would make for some great photos with all your gals! We love the shorter flutter sleeve so you can eat all the hummus you want without dragging your sleeves through it. This cute little wrap is obviously perfect for your getting ready pics with all your best friends!!

We designed the colors for the print to match lots of the solid colors that Mumu offers, so our floral print is perfect if you’d like to pair a print with solids. Our Wedding Soiree Floral print pairs perfectly with Silver Sage Crisp (shown below on left) and Dusty Blush Crisp (on right) as well as Dune Chiffon, Black, Show Me The Ring, Soft Charcoal Crisp and Frosty Pink. I would suggest ordering a fabric swatch to match colors if you are thinking of going that route but this print does go with lots of other colors, which we love!

Mumu Bridesmaid dresses are standard ‘long’ bridesmaid length. They will fit most heights and heels, and are meant to be tailored to any length you please!

Another reason we love Mumu dresses? They don’t wrinkle!! I brought a few dresses with me to Hawaii the other week and even after a week in my suitcase I didn’t have to iron the dresses – major brownie points on that!
